Homework will be a regular part of the classroom programme. It will be issued every Wednesday and is due back the following Tuesday. As this includes the weekend it gives the students plenty of time to complete the work. The homework will generally include Reading every night and filling out their Read-it books. The read-it books will be Monday to Friday and will be checked by me every Friday. A Maths task and a Language or Writing task. Depending on work being done in class there might be a topic task for homework.
Homework is designed to develop time management skills and further develop skills learnt in class. It should not cause any arguments or stress for anyone at home. If you have any questions regarding homework please feel free to send me either a note or email.
